Throughout the process, we'll update you on the status of your laundry through push, SMS, or emails. You will then see the final price of your order before delivery.
Delivery
Once your order is paid, we will schedule your delivery. Our app will notify you when our driver begins their route and when it's your turn for delivery.
By choosing Foldily, you agree that your garments are suitable for standard laundering, including washing in water on a regular cycle and drying with heat in a tumble dryer. Foldily cannot be held responsible for damage to items incompatible with this process. Additionally, for the health and safety of our team, we reserve the right to refuse items we consider hazardous or heavily soiled. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT items soiled with human or animal waste or bodily fluids such as Thinx/Period underwear, chemicals, drug paraphernalia, garbage, or wet or damp items.
